文化財防災センターでは、2022年3月に公開した「浮遊カビ等からの人体の防護に関するマニュアル」および「室内労働環境の浮遊カビの測定･評価と浮遊カビ等からの防護に関する管理基準」の英語版（暫定訳）を作成いたしました。以下のリンクより入手いただけます。

Water-damaged cultural properties and the buildings housing them are often contaminated with large amounts of fungi. Therefore, the prevention of health hazards caused by fungi is important for individuals engaged in the salvage of these works.
The "Manual for human body protection from airborne fungi and related contaminants" describes how to select protective equipment according to the degree of contamination from floating fungi in order to avoid these risks when working with mold-damaged cultural properties.
The "Guidelines on measurement and assessment of and protection from airborne fungi and related contaminants in indoor workplaces" form a pair with the "Manual for human body protection from airborne fungi and related contaminants". These guidelines provide instructions and recommendations for the measurement of airborne fung concentrations in indoor working environments, the assessment of contamination levels, and protective measures according to the levels of contamination, with a main focus on salvage operations for water-damaged cultural properties.
